Berkeley Square

The project for St George Central London Limited involved the transformation of the existing ground floor offices at 25 Berkeley Square into St George’s primary London property marketing suite. The works included the fast-track construction, reconfiguration, refurbishment, fit out and decoration of a mixture of offices, meeting rooms, new reception, bar, WC’s and a new staff kitchen.

Tower 25

A project to redevelop a large 1960's office tower, formally known as Manchester House. This phase of the Tower development was the complete internal strip-out and refurbishment of 11 floors totalling 55,000sqft of office space. The works included installing raised access floors and major structural alterations to the central core of the building to accommodate new lifts.

28 – 29 Savile Row

Saville Row

The main project consists of the refurbishment of the basement and floors 1 to 6 of 28-29 Savile Row and an extension to and refurbishment of the adjoined 15, Old Burlington Street. The works include the demolition of structural partition walls; removal and replacement of the façade and removal and replacement of ground floor retail shop front windows and doors.

49 Grosvenor Street

The works to this Grade II listed mid terrace 1720's property consisted of a full internal refurbishment and fit out. This included the replacement and upgrading of all mechanical and electrical services, floor finishes and decorations. External works included the refurbishment of the rear garden patio areas, the front entrance steps and façade and the front external balconies.

GlaxoSmithKline Weybridge

The project was to refurbish 12,000 sqft of office space and upgrade the existing mechanical systems. This included the installation of a new VRF air conditioning system with BMS and new boiler for the hot water system. The project also included structural alterations to the second floor and installation of new structural steelwork; complete replacement of all finishes including ceilings.
